KEYSIGHT E5849A Probe, 46-ch, ZIF for DDR4 BGA interposers, connects to 90-pin LA cable
The E5849A ZIF probe attaches the W4633A DDR4 BGA interposer to the U4201A cables for the U4154A logic analysis system to enable probing of DDR4 memory x4 or x8 DRAM directly at the ball grid array.
