The Keysight’s new C-Series RF FieldFox handheld analyzers, led by the N9913C, offers the software defined configuration to cover frequency of 3 kHz up to 4, 6.5, and 10 GHz. This data sheet summarizes their performance, as a vector network analyzer, a cable antenna analyzer, and/or a spectrum analyzer.

  • Select from cable and antenna analyzer (CAT), Vector Network Analyzer (VNA), and/or Spectrum Analyzer with desired maximum frequency.

  • Measure all four S-parameters simultaneously with 115 dB dynamic range.
