Description
The N9062C SCPI command language compatibility measurement application is one in a common library of more than 25 measurement applications in the Keysight X-Series signal analyzers, an evolutionary approach to signal analysis that spans instrumentation, measurements and software. Transforming the X-Series signal analyzers into SCPI commands compatibility mode, the application enables the X-Series signal analyzers to emulate the FSP/FSU/FSE spectrum analyzers or ESU EMI receiver in remotely controlled, automated test equipment (ATE) systems. Emulation rules and limitations Emulate the remote operation of the FSP, FSU, FSE spectrum analyzers or ESU EMI receiver for the most common commands for basic spectrum analyzer functions (modes other than the core spectrum analyzer mode are not supported). Match the data format from trace queries to the FSP/FSU/FSE/ESU for the most common data formats (ASCII, Binary 32)
