On March 5th 2018, Keysight significantly upgraded the performance of the 2000 X-Series oscilloscopes. All InfiniiVision 2000 X-Series oscilloscopes purchased on or after March 5th, 2018 will receive these enhancements for free. This option is an upgrade path for all 2000 X-Series oscilloscopes sold before March 5th, 2018.
